Intro

The Pampered Gentleman is a single-chair barber atelier. When you book an appointment, you book the room, the barber, and the time. We don't double-schedule, and we don't rush. The terms below are what keep that promise possible for every client.

Policies

A Note on Booking - Appointments open between 8 hours and 30 days in advance. When every slot is filled, the studio is fully booked, check back daily for openings as cancellations move through.

Rescheduling - Use the Booksy app for any changes. Voicemails and texts cannot be guaranteed within the 2-hour cancellation window.

Cancellation Policy - Please cancel or reschedule at least two hours before your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee. Future appointments require any outstanding balance to be settled first.

Children - The studio is not equipped to accommodate children during a service. We kindly ask guests to arrive alone so the experience stays undivided.

VIP Booking - Established clients may request an off-time, late hour, or recurring standing appointment with custom scheduling. Inquire with John directly.
